Today’s health blog posting is on Bronchitis and Turmeric. I used this remedy when i had really uber bad Bronchitis 2years ago and  again when it returned in a milder form last year. Turmeric has very powerful anti-inflammatory properties and also acts as an expectorant.
Caution:- If your digestive system is delicate – limit it to 1 or 2 drinks a day.
Its especially good for early morning – also use with any sort of chest complaint. Also great for memory!
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric, 2 teaspoons of Milo or Cocoa etc
Honey to taste, fill cup with hot water + 2cms of Milk. (It still works fine without milk)
There is another version with just Turmeric and 4cms milk but it tastes pretty rugged.

I think the warm version works much better.

Today’s tip is about sore throats, I started getting something with a sore throat – I tried this recipe out and it got rid of what ever it was brewing in my system…I had 3 cups – but this amount may vary depending on the cautions listed after recipe.

 

 

 

1/4 teaspoon of ground Cloves – antibacterial
1 teaspoon of Ginger – anti-inflammatory
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon – anti-inflammatory
Honey to taste

 

Caution:- Raw honey, there can be some serious potential side effects, such as allergic reaction, intoxication and food poisoning. Also allergies to bee pollen
